Our Story
The Tri Lakes Foundation for First Responders was founded by community members who wanted to give back to those who protect and serve our neighborhoods every day.
What started as a small effort to fill equipment gaps has grown into a dedicated nonprofit supporting five departments across the Tri Lakes region of Colorado.

Rich & Shannon Schur
Rich serves as President of TLFFR, bringing a deep commitment to the first responder community and tireless dedication to the foundation's mission.
Bryan & Tara Wells
Bryan and Tara helped establish TLFFR from the ground up, contributing their passion for community service and support for local heroes.
Shun & Laurie Beasley
Shun and Laurie bring energy and heart to the foundation, championing the well-being of first responders and their families across the Tri Lakes area.
